We’re in “single digit” days away from Christmas so it’s definitely time I shared my Chic Christmas Home Tour. In my previous post, I shared how our console table was decorated for the holidays. Today, I’ll be sharing how I decorated our Christmas tree as well as my little corner office. [Affiliate links are provided in this post. For more info, please see my full disclosure here.]
Let’s start the tour with the full view of our Christmas tree. It’s been 4 years since we purchased this G.E. Pre-lit tree {link here for similar tree} from Lowe’s and I’m still very pleased with it!
This season, the biggest change I made was adding a bunch of flocked twig branches to our Christmas tree. I love the look of flocked trees but I really don’t like the maintenance of them. They get so messy with those “frosted” branches.
Adding these twig branches gives my Pre-lit tree a “Winter Wonderland” look without all the mess. Well, it still gets a little messy but not too terrible. 😉
I LOVE Christmas ornaments and what truly makes each of our trees unique and special is the collection of ornaments we display. The more, the merrier is how I feel when it comes to ornaments!
This season, I added a few of these princess swans to my collection. Super cute and pretty.
When I saw this pineapple ornament ($1 at Five Below), I knew it was going home with me! Pineapple decor makes everyone smile, right? 😉
A “close up” of the top of our tree.
If you look closely at the photo below, you’ll see an arrow pointing to a “Mardi Gras” mask. My husband purchased a few masks for the kids as souvenirs from his recent business trip to New Orleans. I figured these Mardi Gras masks would look better on our tree than in their bedrooms! 🙂
I love it when the clear lights are on.
Here’s the Pre-lit tree with the colored lights on. The kids prefer the tree this way. Good thing our tree has an option for clear lights, colored lights, and the combination of the two (alternating)!
At night … when the house is dark. Love it!
Now, let’s head to my little corner office area for the rest of this Chic Christmas Home Tour:
It’s amazing what a little garland and some twinkling lights can do to decorate a bookcase.
Faux antlers project a rustic feel to the decor, prefect for the holidays.
Whenever I can, I try to incorporate “real greenery” to my decor. I snipped a few branches from our pine tree in front of our house.
I also added some holly branches to our bookshelf. Glad we have a large holly tree in our backyard.
Remember my collection of white and silver nutcrackers from my previous post? Well, I also happen to have a nutcracker in the traditional red and black color combination. I think he’ll need a makeover next year! I envision lots of shimmering sequins being added! 😀
Love this understated holiday pillow.
My little office corner looks extra cozy at night with all the shimmering lights.
Twinkle lights make everything look …. magical!
Rounding out Beauteeful Living’s Chic Christmas Home Tour is the console table I shared last week.
Love the display at night!

Love your Christmas decor, Tee! The flocked branches on your tree are really pretty! That’s great that your prelit tree can do both white and colored lights. Hope you have a Merry Christmas!
Thanks so much, Lauren! We love the different color options on our tree. Merry Christmas to you too! Enjoy the break and see you in the new year! Xo
Yes I am inspired- Merci Beaucoup

Beautiful home tour, Tee! I love how full your tree looks with all the ornaments. I usually pick up some new ornaments after the holidays are over.
