There’s a core element to Beauteeful Living that has been brewing for some time. After taking the summer off to enjoy uninterrupted family time, I cannot even begin to write about everything on my mind right now. In truth, I always feel like I have a lot more to say than what I can fit in these posts. Well, I’m happy to share some thoughts on what’s ahead for Beauteeful Living.
Here goes…
Decorating, creating things, and styling spaces are things that I’ve done extensively and shared on this blog for the past 3 years. While the core topic will always relate to “The Home,” you will also find me sharing more thoughts and personal experiences related to “The Home” and how we make it a place we find comfort and retreat. After all, creating a “Beauteeful” home is not just about the physical things that make our space unique but also the “Why” behind why certain things matter to us. We are the reason behind the “why.” Wouldn’t you agree that it’s always about the “people” behind the home and not the things that inhabit it?
So, for those of you who are already enjoying this blog, I’d like you to know something … this blog will certainly hopefully be even more enjoyable! 😀 Yay to more focus on sharing stories and experiences. Picture heavy posts will still happen but in between those home decor/ project-specific posts, there will be other posts where I get down to the nitty gritty of my thoughts and experiences. I’ve always identified Beauteeful Living as being both a Lifestyle and Home Decor blog. Let’s just say there will be an added focus on the “Lifestyle” element from here on out.
After all, Beauteeful Living is a lifestyle. It’s also a state of mind, focusing on the following:
- Creating a “HOME” that is both peaceful and inviting.
- Cultivating “Beauteeful” lasting memories with loved ones.
- Celebrating not just milestones but also the “everyday” moments.
Thank you for joining me in this journey! It’s about to get even more personal around here. 🙂
While we’re talking about being more personal, I’d like to close today’s post with 2 of my favorite photos taken this past summer. Yep, that would be my cozy family of four in the first photo. This might be the first time I’ve shared a family photo of all 4 of us on this blog! 🙂
“The best things in life aren’t things.”
I LOVE that quote.
Cheers to fall days ahead and many more projects to be shared very soon. Lovely readers, if you have feedback about today’s post, I’d love to hear it!
I love the direction you’re taking! So true that a home isn’t a home without the relationships!
Thanks so much, Jenny! Appreciate you for reading this post. Xo
Hi, Tee! Looking forward to reading your posts. Hope you enjoyed some great family time this summer!
