Christmas-Decor-Collection-Beauteeful-Living

On the blog today, I’m excited to be sharing some of my favorite items from my Christmas décor collection! As I feature these items, I’ll also share some of the favorite stores I frequent for my Christmas ornaments. Keep these places in mind in case you’re on the hunt for big “After Christmas” clearance sales! While selection may be limited, I always manage to find some amazing treasures for a fraction of the original price!

Pier 1 Imports and Kohl’s

Sock Monkey Ornament

The pink sock monkey is from Kohl’s while the glittery and feathery rose gold ornament is from Pier 1. Sadly, all physical Pier 1 stores have closed since earlier this year. Fortunately, Pier 1 still offers online shopping on their website. Below is a “vespa” ornament I purchased from there last year. Do you know anyone else with a vespa ornament on their tree? I love that it’s rose gold!

Vespia Ornament

Here’s one of my favorite ornaments from Kohl’s (the rhinestone encrusted pink ball gown below). I’ve featured this ornament in previous posts before. It’s always placed front and center on my Christmas tree. 🙂

Anthropologie

Who doesn’t love Anthropologie stores? This “ugly-sweater” themed letter “T” ornament was given to me by a co-worker friend of mine years ago. It makes me smile each year I put it on my tree. There’s at least 6 other ornaments that I’ve purchased from Anthropologie in recent years. If you can’t find a store location near you, I suggest checking them out online for their after-Christmas sales!

Big Lots and Walmart

You can always count on Big Lots and Walmart to score a great deal on Christmas ornaments. With their affordable prices, you don’t need to wait for items to go on clearance to get a bargain! Every year, I’m shocked at the quality of many of their Christmas ornaments. The furry sloth pictured below is from Big Lots while the glittery birdcage is from Walmart.

Speaking of Walmart, here’s an adorable owl ornament from there. I’ve named him Rocky after the owl from this year’s Rockefeller tree! You know all about his story right?

Cracker Barrel and Crate and Barrel

These stores are unrelated. Funny how similar their names are to one another! If you happen to live near a Cracker Barrel restaurant, I highly suggest visiting the retail store inside their restaurant. I hardly ever dine there but I do visit the store several times a year just to check out their home-related merchandise. The furry owl and “North Pole” sign below are from Cracker Barrel.

If you love animal themed ornaments, Crate and Barrel is the store for you when it comes to holiday ornaments. The adorable cat with knapsack ornament above (next to North Pole sign) is from Crate and Barrel. Like most retailers, Crate and Barrel offer steep discounts on their holiday decor right after Christmas.

Glam White Feather Christmas Tree - Beauteeful Living

Now that I’ve shared a few of my favorite ornaments from our Christmas tree, I’d like to share some of the decor that I display on my living room sideboard.

Christmas Display Table

You may recall from my previous post that I collect atypical nutcracker figurines. I tend to pick those that are white, silver, pink or gold. The pink nutcracker below is definitely my favorite from my little collection. I only allow myself to buy 1 per season. Okay, 2 the most per season! 😉 Last year, I bought this pink nutcracker along with stand from the Christmas Shoppe in Historic Smithville, NJ.

Pink toy soldier

In November of this year, I stumbled upon this feather-adorned nutcracker from Michael’s. Of course, I had to buy it since it was perfect for my collection!

Like me, I’m sure you’ve seen Home Decor stores taken over by GNOMES in recent years. I’ve fallen in love with these things too! I actually bought 2 last month! Insert “palm on face” emoji. I’m hoping that this doesn’t turn into another thing I collect during the holidays!

Pink gnome with skis

Before I close today’s post, I’d like to share how I decorated my front door this year. RED is the dominating color scheme. It just stands out so nicely for the outside of the house.

North pole is also a running theme for our front entrance. It started with this “North Pole Rd” sign that I purchased from Michael’s last year.

Holiday Mailbox

This year, I stumbled upon this “Welcome to the North Pole” sign from Home Depot. How could I resist??

The below pictured “JOY” sign is my latest FAVORITE item from my Christmas decor collection. I painted the sign myself as part of a “Paint a Pallet Sign” fundraiser I attended earlier in the year (before Covid-19 was known in the states).

Here’s a photo of yours truly back in February with the Joy sign.

After storing this sign for 10 months, I’m SOOOO glad I’m finally able to see it hanging on our front entrance!

You’ve reached the end of today’s tour. Thanks for checking out some of my favorite items from my Christmas Decor collection! Although celebrations will be anything but typical this year, I hope you and your family enjoy the holidays and stay healthy! Yes — 2021 cannot come soon enough!
